VISA
Sierra Academy has many international students and faculty members, so visa management has always been a more important part of the school. Our visa officer has more than 10 years of work experience and works closely with the US Department of Homeland Security, US Customs and USCIS. From the issuance of the I-20 to the timely renewal of the visa, it is under the supervision of the school to ensure that flight training will not be delayed and many problems caused by the renewal of the visa are avoided.
FACILITIES
What makes Sierra Academy differentiate from other flight schools, is that we have our own dormitory and Cafeteria.
All flight instructors have their own single room and all students receive double occupancy room. All rooms are equipped with a bed, desk, wardrobe, refrigerator, air conditioner and washroom. For 365 days a year, the cafeteria provides three meals a day, mainly Chinese food.
Breakfast is served with fried eggs, milk, bread and so on, while lunch and dinner are normally served with 4 dishes and one soup. The school also occasionally orders pizza, burgers and other fast food to the request from students.
The school has a laundry room (with more than 10 full-automatic large washing machines and dryers) which can be accessed by the students when needed.
All living facilities at Sierra are located either next to the classroom or within 10-minute walk to the airport, so it's very convenient and comfortable to live and study here.

CAMPUS LIFE
In order to enrich the students' spare time, the school has supplied a number of sports facilities - basketball court, volleyball court, billiard, table tennis, etc. In addition, there are barbecue facilities in the campus, students can enjoy BBQ and some other recreational activities like karaoke at weekend.
Students can also attend other activities around the school as they wish, such as: air shows, aviation museum, gym, bowling, etc.
